Full Acrylic Dentures

Designed to replace dentition in a totally edentulous mouth. Dentures can be constructed in a combination of metal and acrylic, or purely out of the diverse acrylic available.

Materials:

Heraeus paladent 20 heat cured acrylic

Heraeus, Vita and Ivoclar teeth

Cast metal: chrome dentures, full palate, full mesh palate

High impact acrylics

Soft linings

Gold inlays

Processes:

Cold cured

Injection packed dentures

Pressure and heat packed dentures

Characterisation: rugae, labial buccal carving, stipling and colouring
